Dua Lipa was born 22nd August, 1995 in London the United Kingdom. In 2014, following a career as a model and actress, she was signed to Warner Bros Records. She launched her self-titled debut album in 2017. The album reached the third spot in the U.K. Chart for Albums. The album released eight singles, among them Be The Only I.D.G.A.F. as well as New Rules (UK number one). It also peaked at the number 6 spot on the charts in the United States. Dua Lipa has Bosnian ancestry through her grandmother. You can also trace Lipa's ancestral roots through Peja within Kosovo. Lipa's grandparents were both historians. Gjin as well as Rina are her sisters. Lipa's father, the guitarist and lead singer of Kosovan group Oda has influenced her in a musical way.
